Terms of Service

Preview terms — final terms must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before launch.

1. The platform

MoneyClan is a marketplace where licensed manufacturers produce and sell clothing, accessories and footwear under the MoneyClan brand.

2. The mark

Makers may use the MoneyClan name, crown and M$C monogram only under an active licence and only for pieces sold through this platform.

3. Accounts

Customers and Makers are responsible for their account credentials. Maker accounts require approval and may be suspended for policy breaches.

4. Orders, ratings & reviews

Only verified buyers may rate a purchase. Fraudulent reviews may be removed and can lead to account suspension.

5. Commission & payouts

MoneyClan retains the configured platform commission on each sale; the remainder is owed to the Maker under its licence agreement.

6. Maker standing, product approval & penalties

Every product must be approved before it goes live. Confirmed quality issues may result in strikes, suspension and removal from the shop.

7. Liability

Final returns, warranty, dispute and governing-law provisions must be confirmed by legal counsel before launch.
